Our human resources are trained and updated constantly and have specific knowledge to be able to service all multi-brand equipment operating in the IT field . Our facility also provides dedicated staff and space to manage smart logistics of products and spare parts of various kinds.

Technical and system support

HOW WE OPERATE.

Technical system support is usually governed by global or partial hardware and software maintenance contracts. The ‘assistance can be provided in a reactive mode, by telephone or web conference or in a proactive mode, an on-site technical assistance with possible transport of the equipment that needs repair to the laboratory, restoration of functionality and possible temporary replacement of the same with a similar one.
